Beginning in April 2025, Shawn’s Delegation addresses at Town Council—each captured on video and sometimes met with replies from Council and Staff—have highlighted his concerns, recommendations, and his push for public budget Q & A meetings and resident seats on the Town’s Budget Committee(s). The continued inaction from Council and Staff has reinforced Shawn’s resolve to give Aurora a genuine new choice for Mayoral leadership.
